December 1965 Born in Toshima, Tokyo.
March 1990 Graduated in Japanese literature from the Faculty of Literature of Hosei University
From 2011 learned the art of photography at Nakamura Photographic Academy.
Since 2012, interested in and keep taking photos of the people in skid rows of big cities like Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, as well as the life of Roma in Albania and fishermen along the Mekong river in Laos. In recent years working on a series about young people in Japan, too.
